In the wake of the pandemic, my former roommate that owned a restaurant out in Burbank started looking for other channels to supplement his business. Seeing so many eateries packing meal kits and with the meal prep industry gaining traction, we saw an opportunity to create a weekly meal delivery service only served by local eateries. A new model here in Los Angeles, a city filled with Grubhub, Doordash, etc. Instead of just a one-time delivery Meal Kit collects all the meals you ordered from different restaurants, packages them into a kit, and delivers them to you on Sundays.
