JAM Moto

JAM Moto is all about delivering an experiential product to make driving your exotic car that much more fun. Imagine driving around with a transparent roof giving you that fighter jet feeling as you push your car on the track or just cruise on some mountain roads.

It started with a simple craigslist posting I made looking for freelance CAD or composite work. I was then approached to manufacture a mold for clear acrylic hardtop frame prototype. Due to the dimensional inaccuracy from the prototype part, it was back to the drawing board to create a consumer quality product that was simple to manufacture and scale. For this we looked to 3D printing and scanning solutions to design an accurately fitting frame that would be simple enough to produce. After 30 or so iterations and multiple manufacturing methods the frame was ready for production and time to hit the market
