For me the Formula SAE team was truly a classroom on wheels. A lot of what I know today came from trial and error and applying everything I learn to managing the team and building four different cars. Although I learnt everything from budgeting, mechanical fundamentals, systems planning to managing people my biggest takeaway was a deep understanding of the engineering process. A process that is designed to teach you how to frame any problem in a way in which you can solve them. With this understanding from solving every imaginable problem, it gave me enough confidence to try to tackle much bigger problems. Problems that would amount to solution that provide real value to an organization or something bigger.
